Get Your Referral Code
Once approved, you receive a unique referral code and a dedicated tracking link. Your code is tied to your account so every referral is attributed to you.
Refer Clients
Share your code with your network. When someone uses your code to book a consultation or investigation, the referral is automatically tracked to your account.
Get Paid
When a referred client completes and pays for an investigation, your commission is calculated and added to your monthly payout. Commissions are paid monthly via Stripe or PayPal.

How are commissions tracked?
Every partner gets a unique referral code and tracking link. When a client uses your code to book a consultation or investigation, the referral is automatically attributed to your account. You can see all your referrals and commissions in your partner dashboard.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid monthly. You receive payment for all completed and paid investigations from the previous month. We pay via Stripe or PayPal. There is no minimum payout threshold.
What counts as a completed referral?
A referral is complete when the client pays for and receives an investigation. Free consultations do not count as completed referrals. The client must pay for the investigation for the commission to be earned.
Who is the partner program for?
The partner program is for influencers, content creators, financial educators, and community leaders with audiences interested in mortgage and foreclosure topics. If you have a unique situation, mention it in your application and we will find the right fit.
Is there a cost to join the program?
No. The referral partner program is free to join. There are no fees, no minimums, and no obligations. You earn commissions on referrals you choose to make.
